License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the software and related documentation files ("Software") provided by RD_CAD ("Licensor"). By accessing, installing, or using the Software, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

RD_CAD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for internal business purposes. This license becomes effective only after valid payment has been received as agreed between the parties.

2. Proprietary Rights

All ownership, title, and intellectual property rights to the Software—including modifications or enhancements—are and will remain the exclusive property of RD_CAD and its licensors. This Agreement grants no rights other than those expressly stated herein.

3. Third-Party Components

Certain parts of the Software are based on an original macro developed by www.codestack.net, licensed under the MIT License:

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Software, except as explicitly permitted in this Agreement.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Sell, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party without written consent from RD_CAD.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels within the Software.

5. Payment and Licensing Fees

The Software is provided on a paid basis. License fees, payment terms, and renewal conditions are outlined in your purchase agreement or order form. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

RD_CAD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
